Veyday ("we", "us") operates veyday.com, a directory that connects independent fashion brands with fabric suppliers and garment factories. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account data. When you create an account we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the email and basic profile Google shares with us. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are never visible to us.

Enquiry data. When you contact a supplier we store the contents of your enquiry (brand name, WeChat ID if provided, product, quantity, message) so we can forward it to the supplier and keep a record for you.

Usage data. Items you save and listings you view are stored with your account so they sync across your devices. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites.

How we use it

To operate the service: delivering your enquiries to suppliers, notifying ourselves of new enquiries so we can follow up, syncing your saves, and improving what the site shows you. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Suppliers receive the enquiry you send them, including the contact details you include in it. Our processors: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the United States), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only on our instructions.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your saves and recently viewed items. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your account and all associated data at any time — email hello@veyday.com and we will action it within 30 days.
